A link in the pick list will take the member to a new page, where the requesting member will be able to send a request online, to other Professsional members of My Escrow Documents, that they please advise if they are in possesion of any legal documents for the deceased named client.

Note no document is able to be uploaded to My Escrow Documents, only information saved is the clients name and the type of document and date of entry, and all information is encrypted.

Once the the receiving member receives the request, it enters any documents held into the My Escrow Documents response page.

The requesting member is then able to automatically send or print out and send to the client a "Results of Search" see example below.  

Benefits are 1) Places the receiving professional on notice that the person has died, and steps may need to be taken to protect others peoples interests 2) Gets to all MED Members within a short period of time. 3) Quicker potential response time.4) Not having to put an Advert in the Law Society Journal for approx $350.00 5) Gets to selected States and Territories, without the need to place expensive adverts in Journals at approx $350 per location.

Please note that there may be further documents that have been created since the date of the above items and located in other States or Territories. If you think that may be the case, then you may consider it appropriate to instruct this firm to place an advert in a Law Society Journal for that State or Territory asking anyone who may have a relevant document to contact this firm. Please advise.
