Competency Video

Lawyers will be able to provide a service to thier clients, regarding Competency, a challenge may occure either before or after death, challenging the competency of the person to make decisions.

By creating a Competency Video. it will give  a degree of assistance to a Court and may avoid the need for litigation.

Charges will apply    (See Fees page, later)

The Competency Video will automatically appear 14 days after the death of the member.
